I don’t know about you, but a smoothie always sounds good to me. Whether it’s the middle of the summer or winter, or whether it’s 9 a.m. or 9 p.m., I am game for a delicious and healthy smoothie.
My typical go-to smoothie is spinach, avocado, apple, frozen blueberries and Greek yogurt. Lately, though, I’ve been experimenting with different ingredients and thought I’d share my favorite four (so far!):
Cacao + Almond Superfood Smoothie
