Traditionally, we think of wellness as a one-size-fits-all, static concept. Conditional wellness recognizes that wellness evolves as we move through life’s events—big and small.
As our lives change over the course of time, so too does our idea of what it means to be “well”: a person’s idea of wellness at 22 won’t be the same at 32. Similarly, it will change after marriage, becoming a parent, losing a job, being diagnosed with an illness, or recovering from an addiction.
